Weekly Prediction Competition Rules

1. Promoter Details

This Weekly Prediction Competition is operated by Big Noise Media Ltd (company number 13506460), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 4 Studio Court, Queensway, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, England, MK2 2DG ("the Promoter"). The Promoter trades as AI Premier League Predictor. The Promoter is an independent football prediction game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, Sky Sports, any football club, UEFA, The FA, EFL, or any competition organiser.

This is a skill-based prediction competition. There are no odds and no wagering.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Have a registered and verified account
• •Be located in an eligible country (initially UK only)
• •Have successfully answered the football knowledge skill question
• •Not be an employee or family member of the Promoter

3. Entry Period

Each Weekly Prediction Competition opens at 09:00 on Monday and closes at 23:55 on Sunday, UK time (Europe/London timezone). Entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted. The exact opening and closing times are displayed on the Weekly Prediction Competition page.

4. Entry Method and Fee

Week Pass costs £4.99 per eligible Matchweek. £4.99 is the weekly entry cost for each Matchweek you choose to enter. It is not an automatically renewing subscription; a fresh Week Pass entry/payment is required for each eligible Matchweek entered. Week Pass is separate from Champion Pass. To enter, navigate to the Weekly Prediction Competition page, complete the required payment, review the included eligible fixtures, and submit a score prediction for each fixture. Predictions can be submitted or edited before each fixture's scheduled kick-off time.

Gameweek 1 launch promotion: the first 50 eligible registered users attributed to each tracked Creator or Referral Partner receive the Gameweek 1 Week Pass entry free of charge and earn the permanent Founder's Badge. Attribution is first-touch and is not replaced by a later referral link. The £4.99 Gameweek 1 entry fee is waived for those promotional recipients only. All normal Week Pass eligibility, scoring, prediction-lock, verification and prize rules continue to apply. The promotion applies only to Gameweek 1 and is limited to one promotional Week Pass per user across the Platform.

5. Maximum Entries

Each user may submit one entry per Weekly Prediction Competition. One prediction per fixture is allowed. Multiple entries are not permitted.

6. Skill Question Requirement

Before your first eligible entry, you must correctly answer a football knowledge question. You have a maximum of three attempts. After three incorrect answers, your entry will be locked for 24 hours. The correct answer resets your attempt counter.

7. Prediction Rules

For each fixture, predict the final score (e.g. 2-1). Predictions lock automatically at the scheduled kick-off time of each individual match. Once locked, a prediction cannot be added, edited or removed. Predictions for later fixtures remain editable until their respective kick-off times.

8. Scoring System

The Weekly Prediction Competition uses the same cumulative scoring system as all other platform competitions. Points stack on top of the base 3 points for a correct result:

• •Correct result (home win, draw or away win): 3 points
• •Correct goal difference (bonus, only if result is correct): +2 points
• •Exact score (bonus, only if result is correct): +3 points
• •Maximum for an exact-score prediction: 8 points
• •Incorrect result: 0 points
• •Performance Bonuses remain separate from competitive Prediction Points and do not affect weekly rankings

9. Fixture Lock Times

Each fixture prediction locks at that fixture's scheduled kick-off time. The weekly competition entry window closes completely at 23:55 on Sunday UK time, regardless of individual fixture kick-off times.

10. Cash Prize Ties

Cash prize groups are determined by the top three distinct eligible human Prediction Points totals after the competition is scored.

If two or more eligible humans have the same Prediction Points total within one of those score groups, they remain tied in that score group. Secondary leaderboard ordering such as exact scores, correct results or submission time does not split the cash score group.

Base prizes are calculated under the 5:3:2 weighted-share rule: each 1st-group person receives 5 shares, each 2nd-group person 3 shares and each 3rd-group person 2 shares. This prevents a lower score group from receiving more per person than a higher score group. The £500 base pool is reconciled to whole pennies in full; any unavoidable penny difference within a tied group is limited to one penny and is solely a rounding adjustment.

11. Prize Values and Beat AL GORITHIM Bonus

Each eligible Week Pass competition governed by the DR-049 prize model offers a £500 base prize pool and a separate conditional £500 Beat AL GORITHIM bonus. The maximum amount available is therefore £1,000, but the full £1,000 is not guaranteed to be paid.

The £500 base pool is shared across the top three distinct eligible human Prediction Points score groups using weighted shares per person:

• •1st score group: 5 shares per eligible winner
• •2nd score group: 3 shares per eligible winner
• •3rd score group: 2 shares per eligible winner
• •With one winner in each score group, the 5:3:2 ratio produces £250 / £150 / £100
• •Beat AL GORITHIM bonus: an additional £500 for the winning human score group only if that winning score is strictly greater than AL GORITHIM's verified Prediction Points score for the same competition

A tie with AL GORITHIM does not unlock the £500 bonus. AL GORITHIM cannot receive prize money and does not occupy a human prize position.

If the winning score group contains more than one eligible human and the Beat AL bonus is unlocked, the £500 bonus is shared across that winning tied group, with deterministic whole-penny reconciliation where required. If the winning score does not beat AL, only the £500 base pool is payable.

If AL GORITHIM's benchmark cannot be verified because of a Platform-side technical or data issue, cash result publication will be held for administrative review rather than treating the missing benchmark as an AL win.

12. Winner Verification

Winners are subject to verification of eligibility, including age, identity and compliance with these rules. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility before awarding any prize. Winners will not be announced or paid until admin approval has been given.

13. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will be paid to verified winners via bank transfer or another agreed method. Winners will be contacted via their registered email address. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

14. Postponed or Abandoned Fixtures

If a fixture is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled:

• •The fixture may be removed from weekly scoring
• •If rescheduled, the fixture may be carried into another competition
• •If voided, the fixture will not award or deduct points
• •Locked predictions will not be changed silently
• •Admin may reschedule the prediction lock time

15. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process prediction data, scoring data and entry timestamps for the purpose of running this competition. IP addresses may be recorded for fraud prevention and security purposes.

17. Refunds

The Week Pass fee is £4.99 per eligible Matchweek. Each £4.99 payment applies only to the purchased Competition Week and does not automatically renew or enter the user into a future Matchweek. The entry is non-transferable.

Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical failure attributable to the Platform prevents the entrant from participating.

Refunds will not be given where the competition has started, where predictions have been submitted, or where access to the competition has commenced, save where a statutory right requires otherwise.

This section does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

18. Premier League Calendar Protection

Fixture dates, scoring windows, gameweeks, deadlines and competition schedules may change during the season. Big Noise Media Ltd may amend these, including in relation to postponed, abandoned or rescheduled fixtures, where reasonably necessary. Such adjustments do not create any compensation obligation. By entering, you accept that competition schedules may change during the season.
